Tankless for the Hardest Water and Coldest Inlet
Tankless in Lumby is a compelling long-term investment for properties that keep replacing tanks every 6–8 years because well water kills them early. A properly maintained tankless lasts 20+ years, but only if it's sized for Lumby's cold winter inlet (among the coldest in our service area), installed with adequate propane supply, and paired with a softener because Lumby well water will scale a heat exchanger faster than almost anywhere else in the Okanagan.
We install tankless across Lumby, Creighton Valley, Trinity Valley, and Mabel Lake Road with every piece quoted: propane line sizing, venting, condensate, water test, and softener recommendation. No surprise charges. Winter delta-T sizing so the unit performs in January, not just July.
